The collection contains materials related to a trial on Ivan Demianuk and support to him of the Ukrainian Canadian community and organizations.

The collection comprises newspaper clippings, copies of letters, and pre-electoral materials of Kupiak ran for Conservatives in 1972 federal election, the accusation of Kupiak in committing atrocities and his response to the accusation.
