This series contains materials related to Dr Medwidsky's involvement with various organizations throughout his life and career. Included are documents relating the Ukrainian Catholic organizations, Ukrainian Scouts organization Plast activities and reports, advocacy for Ukrainian bilingual education in Alberta, Ukrainian community organizations and events, as well as non-Ukrainian ethnic organizations. The series consists of journals, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, newsletters, and promotional materials.

The series consists of discrete documents of the Plast, the Association of Ukrainian Museums of Canada, the Ukrainian Canadian Committee, the Ukrainian War Veterans' Association of Canada, the Heritage Savings and Trust Company materials of the Ukrainian Canadians' Congress (including photographs), some minutes including one of the "Archive-Museum" meeting in 1974, photographs (including a portrait of the creator).
The series consists of copies of outgoing letters sent out by Edmonton branch of NTSH. the correspondence includes information about upcoming events, organization's reports, greetings, invitations, reports, and other documents.
