This series contains files that are relevant to the membership and operations of the UCBC Edmonton Eparchial branch.
Please note that often items will have the organizational name of "UCBC Alberta Branch." While the Alberta Branch officially incorporated in 1973 under the Societies Act, "Edmonton Eparchy" has been used interchangeably in documents and correspondences long before that date.

The collection consists of founding documents, correspondence, meeting agenda and minutes, bulletins, congress and convention programs, reports, directories, promotional material and publications.

This subfonds has been described in the series of the specific UCBC local branches of: Toronto, Saskatchewan, New Westminster, Winnipeg, the Western Eparchy, Alberta, and Edmonton Eparchy. The items in the series are relevant to the membership and operations of these individual branches.

This subfonds contains materials directly related to the UCBC on a national level. It contains correspondence, meeting minutes from executive meetings and conferences, promotional materials and reports, as well as financial information.

This subseries contains an accounting book for the operations of UCBC from 1938-1989, as well as a will from Bishop Neil Savaryn stating how much of his estate was to be bequested to UCBC. Other materials are reports and correspondence documenting the charity status of the organization as well as the planning of the Casinos and Bingos held by the Edmonton Eparchy.

This subseries contains incoming and outgoing correspondence between UCBC Edmonton and various organizations and individuals.

This series contains files from projects planned and executed by UCBC. The bulk of the materials in this series are from the "Catholic Action" project that ran from 1950-1952.

This subseries contains promotional materials created by the UCBC Edmonton Eparchy. Included also are newspaper clippings and photos documenting the interests and activities of the group and its membership over the years.

This sous-fonds contains materials that were in the UCBC collections that do not pertain to the UCBC directly or specific Ukrainian Catholic Churches in Canada. The materials include convention reports, information on activities of other Catholic organizations, and catholic history records.

This subseries contains files pertaining to projects that were planned and/or executed by UCBC Edmonton Eparchy. The bulk of the records are from UCBC Day, a day for celebrating brotherhood, as well as multi-year Koliada (carolling) fundraising campaigns. Other big projects include UCBC anniversary celebrations, Heritage Days planning, and UCBC commemorative days.
