This subseries contains files pertaining to conventions held by UCBC Edmonton Eparchy from 1951-2019. Records include agendas, minutes, promotional materials/ephemera, reports, financial and planning documents. President's and other related reports are also included.
In 1932-1933 Lazarowich made a trip to Europe where he studied at the Charles University and the Ukrainian Free University in Prague, visited Western Ukraine, Vienna, and London. Materials of this series pertain to this trip.

Please note that often items will have the organizational name of "UCBC Alberta Branch." While the Alberta Branch officially incorporated in 1973 under the Societies Act, "Edmonton Eparchy" has been used interchangeably in documents and correspondences long before that date.
Two scrapbooks. One is created by Doris Yanda and consists of newspaper clippings related to Ukrainian folk art and women's organization in Canada. The other one consists of documents and photographs and is entitled "This album is presented to Mrs Doris E. Yanda in remembrance of the Official Opening of the Ukrainian Museum of Ottawa at 1000 Byron Ave. which was donated by her."

The items in the series are relevant to the membership and operations of these individual branches.
The collection is composed of creator's six medals with copies of papers (according to the donation agreement -- "originals are in National Archives of Canada, Ottawa"), five badges, one papal scroll, one photograph (a portrait), and a printed biography and obituary.
