The NTSH Bulletin (Бюлетень Наукового товариства ім. Шевченка) was published by the main office in Sarcelles for internal use only to keep different divisions and branches of the organization connected. The series contains a separate issues of the Bulletin.
The collection consists of posters, programs, brochures, periodical publications related to various events and organizations in the Ukrainian Canadian community in Edmonton. Collected by Roman Soltykewych and Orest Soltykevych. The collection is organized into the following series:

The collection consists of phonograph records published in Canada, the United States, Australia, Ukraine and other countries between 1960s and 1980s. The publication labels include: Aprelevskii Zavod, Melodia, Chwyli Dnistra and many others.
This subseries contains files pertaining to projects that were planned and/or executed by UCBC Edmonton Eparchy. The bulk of the records are from UCBC Day, a day for celebrating brotherhood, as well as multi-year Koliada (carolling) fundraising campaigns. Other big projects include UCBC anniversary celebrations, Heritage Days planning, and UCBC commemorative days.
