"Біля магазину хліб вивантажує автівка, на якій просто нема місця без кульових отворів. Дорога понівечена дрібними ямками від снарядів, де не де - чорні плями від попелища розміром з цивільну машину. Заправки, супермаркети, ресторани на узбіччі траси спалені і зруйновані. Я думала, буде страшно та взагалі флешбєк. А ні. Звично так. Реабілітована психіка відводить увагу на позитив: природу, цілий дім, близьких людей, смачні сезонні фрукти. Але голова твереза: тримати повний бак авто, зібрану валізу, готівку в гаманці і їхати без вагань при першому тривожному дзвінку. Здається, тепер це наша реальність на довгі роки: знов і знов відтворювати вдома повноцвнне життя, роблячи вигляд що все так буденно й звично, і бути готовим покинути його щомиті.
Фото машини вирішила не ставити. І так достатньо. Нехай буде життя, літо та ароматичні трави, що виросли у мене в саду. Ось цей "віник" в моїх руках - це естрагон."

"A car unloads bread near the store and there is simply no place without bullet holes on it. The road is mutilated by small pits from shells, here and there are black spots from the ashtray the size of a civilian car. Gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants on the side of the road are burned and destroyed. I thought it would be scary and like a flashback in general. But no. So normally. Rehabilitated psyche pays attention to the positive: nature, the intact house, loved ones, delicious seasonal fruits. But the mind is clear: keep a full tank of the car, a packed suitcase, cash in your wallet and go without hesitation at the first alarm call. It seems that this is now our reality for many years: to recreate a full-fledged life at home again and again, pretending that everything is so ordinary and normally, and to be ready to leave it anytime.
I decided not to post a photo of the car. That's enough. May there be life, summer and aromatic herbs that have grown in my garden. This "broom" in my hands – it is tarragon."
