"Кто не в курсе, так вот - Ирпень почти полностью освободили. Ещё пару дней после диких боев бегали и ловили орков, но сегодня даже впервые за все время привезли хлеб в мамин совсем отрезанный от жизни район.
Вы помните, да?, что они живут много недель без света, газа, отопления, черпая воду из колодца и под постоянную бомбежку в подвале? И что соседа убило, у которого генератор, что они в окружении были вообще от любой возможности даже подумать о том, чтобы можно было вырваться… помните?
Я сегодня, рассматривая первые седые волосы в зеркало, четко решила: надо во что бы то ни было уговорить маму и тетку выйти по коридору при первой же возможности.
Мама, слушай, как только получится - выходите! Уходите оттуда! Прошу тебя, умоляю!
Пауза на триста тактов, за время которой я решила, что связь опять заглушили.
И тут раздаётся в трубке:
--- Наталочка, мы не выйдем. Мы не можем.
Всё. Мне плохо. Чувствую дрожь в коленях и как перехватывает горло. Спрашиваю хрипло, ожидая услышать самое страшное:
--- Мама, почему??
Ответ достоин новой пряди моих седых волос:
--- Наташа, мы уже ПОСЕЯЛИ ПОМИДОРЫ."

And that the neighbour with the generator was killed, that they couldn’t even dare to think about ways to escape while being surrounded... do you remember?
Today, while looking at the first grey hair in the mirror, I made my final decision. By all means necessary I had to persuade my mother and aunt to get out of town using a humanitarian corridor.
Mom, listen, as soon as you can, get out! Get out of there! I beg of you, I beg of you!
A pause of three hundred beats. The silence was so long that I thought the connection was jammed again.
And then it is heard her voice:
Natalochka, we won't go out. We can not.
That’s it. I feel nauseous. I feel my knees shaking and my breath taken away. I ask hoarsely, expecting to hear the worst: Mom, why?
The answer is worthy of a new grey strand in my hair:
Natasha, we have already SOWED OUR TOMATOES."

"Хто не в курсі, то от — Ірпінь майже повністю звільнили (пост від 23 березня). Ще кілька днів після диких боїв бігали та ловили орків, але сьогодні навіть уперше за весь час привезли хліб у мамин зовсім відрізаний від життя район.
Ви пам’ятаєте, що вони живуть багато тижнів без світла, газу, опалення, черпаючи воду з криниці, і під постійне бомбардування у підвалі? І що сусіда вбило, в якого генератор, що вони в оточенні були взагалі від будь-якої нагоди навіть подумати про те, щоб можна було вирватися… пам’ятаєте?
Я сьогодні, розглядаючи перше сиве волосся в дзеркало, чітко вирішила: треба будь-що вмовити маму й тітку вийти коридором за першої ж нагоди.
Мамо, слухай, щойно вийде — виходьте! Ідіть звідти! Прошу тебе, благаю!
Пауза на триста тактів, під час якої вирішила, що зв’язок знову заглушили.
І тут лунає у слухавці:
Наталочко, ми не вийдемо. Ми не можемо.
