Доня принесла іграшки: мама — Барбі, тато — м’яка іграшка лінивець, доня-ляля і песик. Розклала книжку-комікс дашком.
— Це буде бомбосховище у Маріуполі, — каже доня. — Вони розмовляють російською мовою і ховаються від рашистів.
Песик гучно гавкає Дарусиним голосом.
— Мамо, давай грати, ніби є евакуація?
— Давай...
— Евакуація! Евакуація!
Під‘їжджає пластиковий автобус: сім‘я ледве впхалася, довгі ноги Барбі стирчать з машини.
В уявному Києві іграшки весь час просять їсти.
— Після голоду вам багато не можна, бо болітимуть животики, — мовила я голосом вівці, яка волонтерила на вокзалі.
Поїзд на Польщу потрапляє під обстріл.
— Мамо, давай гратися, ніби вони вижили?
— Давай..."

My daughter brought toys: a mom — Barbie, a dad — a lazy soft toy, a daughter-doll, and a dog. She laid out a comic book as the roof above them.
— It’ll be a bomb shelter in Mariupol,— says my daughter. They speak Russian and hide from the rashists.
The dog barks loudly in Darussa’s voice.
— Mom, let’s play that there’s an evacuation?
— All right...
— Evacuation! Evacuation!
A plastic bus is approaching: the family barely fits in it, Barbie’s long legs are sticking out of the bus.
In imaginary Kyiv, toys are always invited to eat.
— You can’t do much after being hungry, because your stomachs will hurt, — I said, in the voice of a sheep volunteering at the station.
A train to Poland comes under fire.
— Mom, let’s play that they survived?
