This collection consists of the following groups of materials:

• baptism and Canadian citizenship certificates,
• biographies,
• private photographs and negatives, portraits,
• certificates of honour,
• appreciation letters and greeting postcards,
• materials of anniversary celebrations: thank you letters, clipping about Telychko's 75-anniversary celebration (1982),
• newspaper publications, presentations and addresses by Telychko: essay about the Day of Statehood (1960), an obituary of Metropolitan Illarion (1972), Telychko's speech at the Ukrainian schools' exhibit opening (1979),
• eight broadcast scripts compiled by Telychko about Mykola Leontovych, Lesia Ukrainka, Mykola Lysenko, some historical events (Konotop battle, Carpathian Ukraine), SUS convention in 1979, Easter holiday, and Thanksgiving Day.

The collection consists of a diary of Helen Kozicky who was a Secretary of the Ukrainian Canadian Servicemen's Association Club in London, England, during World War II. She kept the diary during 1944-1945. The Ukrainian Canadian Servicemen's Association was founded in January 1943. Its goals were social and humanitarian. The executive and active members helped to make the Club "a place of relaxation with a Ukrainian home atmosphere." There is also a UCSA membership card issued on January 30, 1944 in the name of Peter Poohkay.

The collection consists of published and unpublished chapters of George Kowalsky's memoirs about the Auschwitz and Dachau concentration camps in 1943 and 1944. The memoirs were partly published in 1946 in the "Christian Road. Ukrainian religious-social weekly," a Ukrainian language periodical disseminated among Ukrainian DP in Germany. Besides that, the collection is comprised of an English translation of one part of the memoirs, one religious poster, one photograph (portrait), a typed concert program where father Kowalsky was a choir conductor, and a typed statistics of deaths in Dachau by April 29, 1945.

The collection comprises newspaper clippings, copies of letters, and pre-electoral materials of Kupiak ran for Conservatives in 1972 federal election, the accusation of Kupiak in committing atrocities and his response to the accusation. It also includes the "Retribution" brochure (Розплата. Документи і матеріали судового процесу над групою бандитів ОУН, упор. Верета Л., Чудовський В.; Львів: Каменяр, 1970).

The collection consists of pillow covers and a wall hanging embroidered by Anna Drepko, Maria's mother, and memorial cards collected by her at various funerals in Winnipeg and area.

The collection consists of letters from Nick Ruptash family in Ukraine (Kitsman' district of Chernivtsi region) to Canada.

The collection comprises two volumes of newspaper clippings and other related documents (such as press releases, minutes of meetings, official letters) entitled "Alleged War Criminals in North America." The publications reflect debates around accusations of war crimes.

The collection consists of textual records, photographs, a poster, slides, and audio cassettes. The textual records include autobiographical essays, personal and official correspondence, personal notes, and experience stories, financial reports, newsletters, bulletins, lists of interviewees, agreement forms, questionnaires, and educational guides. Photographs depict the Rudeichuk reunion events, interviewees, old houses, and landscapes. Negative slides represent proofs, photo negatives of handwritten Ukrainian songs and Illustrations.

This fonds contains materials compiled by Dr. Bohdan Medwidsky over the course of his academic career. Materials include personal documents, correspondence, professional documents, academic research and documentation, political and community involvement, and financial documents. In addition to records generated by Dr. Medwidsky himself, many files also include writings from students and colleagues.

The Poster collections consists of 919 posters advertising various dance events as well as Ukrainian community events across Canada: festivals, dance and choir concerts, lectures and presentations, and many other.

The collection contains ephemera collected from various Ukrainian Canadian community events in Edmonton, area, and other location across Canada, publications, and art cards.
